General Policy for Online Orders
We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise. Customers have 15 days to return any unwanted merchandise. Any returned item must be returned within 15 days in its original factory packaging unmarked, including manuals and parts.
Once we received the merchandise and inspected its in new condition with the original packaging. You will be issued the refund, minus any applicable fees or shipping and handling charges.
Restocking Fee:
• All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Damaged Merchandise
In the event that an item is damaged in transit, we will do everything we can to resolve the matter immediately.
If in rare event of a manufacturer defect we also ask you to email or call us detailing the problem or issue. We will instruct you on how to get the item or part replacement.

For your security, please return your packages to us via a trackable, insured mail service to the address below. New Generation Lighting is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
We will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items at which time you will receive an email confirmation.
